Salmon, Radish and Green Onion Dip

Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 mL) light sour cream
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cups (175 mL) chopped green onions
- 3/4 cups (175 mL) quartered red radishes
- 4 oz (125 g) smoked salmon
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) each salt and pepper
Preparation
In food processor, purée sour cream and cream cheese. Add onions, radishes, smoked salmon, lemon juice, salt and pepper; pulse until ingredients are minced and well combined.
