Roast Turkey Smørrebrød

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) low-fat (0.5%) cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) light sour cream
- 1-1/2 tsp (7 mL) horseradish
- 2 slices whole grain rye bread
- 6 sprigs watercress
- 2 small boiled potatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 red radishes, sliced
- 2 baby dill pickles, sliced
- 3 oz (90 g) thinly sliced roast turkey or chicken
- Chopped chives or green onion and/or fresh dill
Preparation
Mix together cottage cheese, sour cream and horseradish; spread over bread. Top with watercress, potatoes, radishes, pickles and turkey. Top with chives to taste.
Makes 2 sandwiches.
