Ingredients
- 12 fresh mint (preferably spearmint) leaves
- 1/2 lime
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) granulated sugar
- 2 oz (60 mL) amber or white rum
- Ice
- Soda
- lime wedge
- mint sprig
Preparation
In tall glass, muddle mint leaves, lime and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Add rum and ice; top with soda.
Garnish with lime wedge and mint sprig.
