Fines Herbes Cheese Spread

Delicate fines herbes and a touch of garlic turn fresh cheese into something really special.
Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 mL) cream cheese, fresh goat cheese or other spreadable fresh cheese
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) each finely chopped parsley, chervil and chives
- 1 tsp (5 mL) minced fresh tarragon
- half small clove garlic, pressed
Preparation
Stir together cheese, parsley, chervil, chives, tarragon and garlic; let stand for at least 15 minutes before serving.
Makes about 1-1/4 cups (300 mL)
