Feta and Olive Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup  (250 mL)  crumbled feta cheese (6 oz/175 g)
  • 1 cup  (250 mL)  pressed cottage cheese
  • 1/3 cup  (75 mL)  pitted Kalamata olives
  • 1/3 cup  (75 mL)  fresh dill sprigs
  • 1/3 cup  (75 mL)  extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp  (15 mL)  lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp  (1 mL)  pepper

Preparation

In food processor or blender, pulse feta cheese and cottage cheese, olives, dill sprigs, olive oil, lemon juice and pepper until almost smooth.
