Dip on the Double
Kids like to dunk their food, but many mayo-based dips are full of unhealthy fats and additives. The more nutritious yet still-fun alternative: hummus. Made from chickpeas, the spread is a good source of protein and fibre. For dunking pleasure, serve it with crudités or wedges of toasted whole-grain pita bread, or smooth it over bread or a wrap to dress up sandwiches.
