Ingredients
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) butter
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) minced or grated onion
- 2 tsp (10 mL) chili powder
- Pinch (approx) salt
- 1 tsp (5 mL) lime juice
- 6 cups (1.5 L) popped corn
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) finely shredded old Cheddar cheese
Preparation
In small saucepan over medium-low heat, cook butter, onion, chili powder and salt for 3 minutes; stir in lime juice.
Scrape over popped corn; sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Mix well; add more salt if desired. Serve immediately.
Makes 6 servings.
