Roasted Grapes + Olive Oil

For a dessert that’s healthy, easy to make and unusual, try this recipe any time of year.

• Toss small bunches of grapes on the stem with olive oil.

• Season with salt and pepper.

• Bake in the oven until the skins are slightly wrinkled.

• Serve on their own or with yogurt or cheese.
