How to get into yoga
If you've never tried yoga, just ask those who practise it and they'll tell you you're missing out. Many claim that yoga (even learning a few basic yoga positions) helps with everything from losing weight and boosting energy to de-stressing and improving your immune system.
You can take advantage of yoga's benefits, too! Join a class or do some simple yoga at home to reap the rewards of this mind-body exercise.
